This month, we're highlighting a young lady whose acts of kindness have been reported by numerous people. She is unaware that three of the reports came from phone calls/messages sent directly to us by other CMS, CNAs, and nurses who stated that she was a tireless worker and that they saw her treat all of her patients with the utmost respect, kindness, and regard. A fourth coworker stated, "Cindy made my day better by assisting me during a hectic shift because a couple of people called out." The fifth report we received about Cindy stated, "If you have an employee of the month, we think it should be Cindy," and went on to praise her dedication to the patients and her refusal to complain. Cindy Romero, CNA, is deserving of more than our Competent Star Award! We made Cindy a special package to show how much we appreciate her 5 months of perfect attendance, multiple reports (5 CNAs/2 RNs), 2 facility reports of excellent care, and zero complaints.
